I started my weight loss journey this time last year (end of December) to be exact. So far I've lost 40 lbs from my original weight of 238lbs. Most of the weight came off in September-November (25lbs). It's tough to keep losing once you plateau. it requires even more dedication and especially when it comes to nutrition its twice as hard. I've got a trainer who will hopefully keep track of my food progress and scold me when necessary. I hope to be in the 170's by May. Wish me luck!
