Could not get satisfied today. First time this has happened in a month! I even had some chocolate. Less than 1800 cals, and I did 2 hours of cardio today...elliptical and treadmill. 1 hour morning, and 1 hour evening. Hopefully, it will be better tomorrow. I wasn't getting enough calories last week, so maybe this is my body telling me to bump it up a bit....

Have to up calories today. At a stall. Did not eat enough a few days this week. My body does best around 1400 cals. Started watching calories on 02/07/2011 when I weighed in at 191 lbs. Today, I am at 176 lbs. 15 pounds in less than 2 weeks! A lot of it was just pure bloat from over-eating on Super Bowl Weekend! Steady weight now...it probably won't budge for a couple of days. Normal plateau!

Sick...Blood Glucose 359...changed out set on my insulin pump last night. Not getting insulin all night. Have to change again. Must be a bend in the cannula....
