Need a Motivation Buddy!!
I just found this site today and it is a heaven sent. I have fallen off the wagon the past few weeks and feel my self control dwindling. I have horrible cravings and I often find myself binging despite my best efforts. I exercise every day but food is my down fall. I'm just looking for some active people on here that can lend me some motivation and in turn I will as well
!
Oh yes! I am 18 years old and am looking to lose 16 pounds.
