When you're at home watching TV, do continuous sit ups during the commercial breaks! Even small things like this can add up and help you shed pounds!
Thanks so much! I've always used the stairs at work...but at night, is the problem for me...so thanks for the tips about during commercial breaks, etc. I always am going to start going to Zumba tomorrow...I've went a few times in the past and that is a lot of fun!

NEW to FS
Hi, I'm 31 years old and have become really lazy! I have an office job and work late hours. It has really caused me to gain a lot of weight. I'm too tired to workout and I eat too much bad foods. I want to change the way I'm eating and exercise more. I'm utilizing WW and know that I can be successful, VERY DETERMINED
