Been really neglected my body, lately and I found that when I journal it helps! So, I'm back to writing stuff down...my thoughts of food during the day, etc. I will weigh in again tomorrow...so I can get back on track. I purchased the QT Cleanse and Burn system, I need something to jump start me...I feel like I've gotten to a plateau. So, we shall see what tomorrow brings!!

Okay, so I wanted to journal last night; however, I didn't get home until late from Super Bowl festivites...great job Sanits! I knew that I was going to splurge last night, so I limited myself to 5 points all day yesterday, until the party. I really didn't do too bad and I didn't even count points...I'm going to say I have no bonus points for this week! So, I really have to be strict and limit my food during this week...I can do it, I do pretty good throughout the week, it is on the weekends where I mess up! But, I'm motivated to lose...so hopefully that attitude will help me deflect from wanting that brownie :) I thought my weigh in was yesterday; however, it is today...so, I will weigh in when I get home from work today and will shall see how it goes. I have already made plans to attend Zumba on Wednesday and Thursday this week...so pretty pumped about that!

Haven't journaled for a couple of days...been busy @ work & have had some bad weather. Even though I haven't journaled, I've been staying within my points or using small amounts from my weekly bonus! Tonight was the last day of my bonus points for this week & I still have about 19 left. So I've really tried hard to stay within my points each day! Tomorrow is weigh in, so hopefully I'm down a bit! Super bowl party still makes me a little anxious, but I'm feeling very motivated & hoping that will help me thru the day!

Worked out today, went to a Zumba class! So much fun and a great fat burner! You don't really feel like you are working out, it is a party!!! All fitness levels too, which is great because no one is doing it perfect. I think I will try to go tomorrow too. Did use some of my bonus weekly points today...but, I still ate healthy! Good day!!!
NOTES:

Add 2 points for work out
Total = 36
Total points for the day = 43
Over by 7 points, used from 35 bounus points
Remaing balance until Saturday = 28

Today was a good day, eating wise! I was able to control my hunger and when I was hungry, I had low point food available. I'm learning that is the key for me to stay on track. Keep stuff at home & at work that are low in points and are filling. I have to say the WW chocolate chip cookies are delish and they satisfied my sweet tooth craving today. I was really pumped, because I took my workout clothes to work today to go to Zumba after work, but come to find out it was cancelled for today. But, a make up session is being offered tomorrow...so I will definitely being do that! I have a lot of stress at work right now, so the workout will help me release some engergy. I did stop at TJ Maxx on my way home today, so that I could just walk around awhile, I needed a few things...so that worked out! I'm really anxious about this weekend, Sunday is superbowl and apps and party foods are my weakness. I hope I will be able to resist the temptations! I'm definitely going to save my bonus points for that day...I just don't want to over do it! It is hard, especially when you don't know what is exactly on the menu. And then there is the issue of drinking...so will have to figure all that out.
