I looked at my driver's license and it said 155 pounds, so that struck me as funny- I am below that now at 150.8! Funny that I had resolved myself to being 155 when for many, many years I always put on there 135 pounds. Guess when I renew it next year, I'll have to be accurate and put 125!

I'm proud of my weight loss this week- but more proud of my body fat percentage- it went from 33% last week to 31.8 this week! I'm now running 23 minutes on the treadmill almos every day. I will up it to 25 minutes tonight. I am looking forward to my first 10K in May!

Back on a plan- I've decided that my long-term goal is to run a marathon. One year from now I will run a 1/2 marathon and in 12 weeks, I will run in a 5k. I've committed to running every day for 20 minutes. And I'm eating 5 times a day - 346 cal a meal for a total of 1730 a day. I want to get down to 15% body fat, today I'm at 33% body fat-- I am skinny fat!
