I decided to go with my "naked weight" rather than my weigh-in weight at school, with clothes on. It's how the rest of my chart was previously entered.

Down two pounds- I was expecting a bigger drop my first week, but I pigged out during the Superbowl. But a loss is a loss!

Uh oh- I went totally nutso today. What the heck? Nibs? Who would have thought those were four points! A good reminder that I need to stay on track every day. Oh well, tomorrow is another day!

Did good on points today. Ate kind of dumb, though. Big lunch and then popcorn for dinner. I'm looking forward to weighing in on Monday, I hope I have a nice drop. I feel a lot more in control when I'm watching what I eat and I know I'll love the results. Just dropping 6-8 pounds before my trip to the Holy Land will be a big deal.
