Yes, I did gain back 4 lbs. But I've been worrying about a problem with my leg for the past couple of months, so I haven't worked out. I've been going to physical therapy to help heal a muscle injury, and I've lost a bit of motivation. My busy schedule is almost done for the fall, and next Tues. I have a whole month off. My husband and I just bought a treadmill for Christmas, so I guess that's what I'll be using everyday! I'm actually excited to get back on track.

I've lost my first 10 lbs!!! It's taken awhile because I've had some big life changes and it's been hard to stick to the plan. But I'm proud of myself. I think a huge part of my weight loss is just that I was able to get rid of a giant stressor in my life and now I'm doing something that keeps me busy and happy. I keep telling everyone that I've lost my "stress gut."
