I am actually less than 192 lbs. this morning, but I'm not going to record less for a couple of more days until I am sure of my weight.

Ooops! I read the servings wrong on a box of Hamburger Helper. It stated a miniscule 1/3 serving equals 31 carbs. I thought it was 1 full cup serving equals 31 carbs. So, at dinner I ate a whole cup (not really that much, either), and when I went to post in Fatsecret, I wound up with 93 carbs. That's not what I wanted to happen. Lesson has been learned.

I actually weighed in today at 192, but posting at 193 because a 2 lb loss seemed like a lot. Since I am doing so well, I ate a whole scone (37 carbs, 250 cals.) this morning. I feel guilty about eating this, hope it doesn't destroy my progress. I'll take it easy on carbs for the rest of the day.

Finally got to 195 lbs. It has been a long time since I've been to 195 lbs. I could never get below 197 lbs. before I started using fatsecret.com and counting calories and I have been counting for only a little over a week.
