Today is my 62nd birthday. I am declaring this my official cheat day!!! First since I started the keto lifestyle on January 7 2019. I already had a small piece of fudge, omg it was good! My daughter sent it to me with flowers this morning. I am thinking a real margarita this evening with some fajita's (no carbs) using lettuce to roll it up... Then bed because the margarita will knock me out... Not too bad. I will record all and then get back on the horse. Man that sugar is a devil. Tastes sooooooo gooooood!

This says I have lost 10 lbs, but I have lost 20, and I think i put my first weight in wrong.
I also have lost an additional 25 since 2018, so it's a total of 45, since last year, but only 20 on keto.
I have noticed that some people talk about smaller goals, and I think that 200 lbs is a pretty HUGE goal and I should probably cut it up into smaller goals. Not sure how to do that though.
I love this keto diet. I am so satisfied with every meal I don't feel the need to cheat, very much, that is. And when I cheat, I do it with tiny low carb choices. I'm happy with who the new me is going to be!
The only thing I really miss is fruit.

Blood sugar has been great! I am excited about the loss... I actually started losing weight a year ago at 360... just made some little changes but now on keto i can see the changes in my body and energy. Yay for me!
