HELLO stranger! I haven't been in for WI or here since July! August was way too busy.
I was traveling for work Aug 1-10 and again Aug 14-18. Then I got married on the 25th and honeymoon in Mexico Aug 27-Sept 1. whew..busy!
Well, I'm back on track, sort of and down!! My focus is to get back into a routine of workouts and eating.

ok, I thought last time was long ago but man...it's really been a long time. I've been out of town for work since July 31st. Which means, no WIs. I hope when I come back I will have lost and not gained. Eating out for every meal and snack is not fun!! Guess I'll see next Monday!!

Gosh...it's been awhile! It's been too busy of a week. I'm going to WI tomorrow so we'll see what happened this week.
This week was fun and rewarding, but not for myself. I was lucky enought to be apart of a local families

Weekend goal
: more water, less alcohol. Get more fruits in!! Less STRESS!!
Note: I've been stressing because my job is being eliminated and I only have 4 more weeks until I'm laid off. I don't have a job in line yet...hence the STRESS.

This is what I don't get...I've been working out like mad, getting most of my foods and water in...and nothing on WI day. I'm steady but I'm just a little discouraged about the number. My clothes don't fit, I feel great and I still can't make that darn number go down!! GGRRRRR!
Ok...I feel better now. I have a very supportive (soon-to-be) hubby. We talked about it tonight and he just kept encouraging me to plan more ahead, keep up the workouts and that muscle weighs more. THANKS SWEETIE! I LOVE YOU!!!
Weekend Goal:
Stay away from "bad" foods...drink more water and keep up the workouts...&
remain positive

YEAH...I went down! Yahoo! I sure hope that this continues. I'm still having a hard time getting all my food in...especially the fruits. I've started using V8 Fusion to help supplement but I still missing 1 fruit a day.
GOAL for the week:
15 mins treadmill and 25-30 mins workout with ball and weights. Get ALL foods in!!
GO ME!!!
