WII workouts are fun...time goes by quick. Not much of a sweat but certainly better than sitting back and watching TV. Hopefully, with the weightloss, I'll feel more energetic to up the intensity.

I missed dinner and now I'm so hungry. Its too late to eat now. I've made it a rule not to eat past 9pm. Argh...bad planning. Must hold strong. Lessons learned, I won't skip meals. Its miserable.

Amazing how much awareness can change your eating habits. After logging in what I eat and weighing in regularly, I make small lifestyle adjustments. Don't get me wrong, I'll still have a burger, I just choose not to eat the fries that normally goes with it. So far, I still feel as though I get to eat the things I like...just in moderation. Lets see how lasting this will be.
