New year Resolution regarding weight loss....
My goal is to eat healthy, period. I want to be a health nut! So I'm starting a plant based diet, with the exception of fish. I want to work out every day, even if its only for a few minutes, when I can't get to the gym. I want to stop eating after 7pm. I want to drink at least 3L of water a day.
