To my surprise our dog on the 4th of July decided to give birth to 14 puppies 🐶 unfortunately 3 didn’t make it,☹️. Plus I’ve started today a new style of dieting 🙃👍 hope it works 🥰

Still having a hard time getting going ☹️ my calories are somewhat ok but my carbs are over the top 😫 and to top it off I don’t have any more good food left🙃 so for the next 5 days my carbs will definitely be over but my calories will be sort of ok 🤪 Woa is me 😢

Having a hard time getting going again 😔lost about 45 pds but for the past 10 plus days I’ve over ate not by a whole lot but definitely over my limit 😵💫
