Well this is week two and I really want chocolate today. I am holding on by keeping busy. I went out and pulled weeds tonight instead of eating junk and then came in and had some lean beef and a peach. One of the things that I feel I am lucky with is that when I do change my eating habits to lose weight is that I crave peaches. Luckily, peaches are good for you and low in calories. I am holding myself to between 1200 and 1400 calories and it isn't difficult so long as I keep eating fruits and veggies as snacks thru out the day.
