I have been doing good so far. I have lost every week except when I was on vacation. I gained 1/2 a lb but found out it was really water retention. Went to Sturgis and not knowing where the next bathroom might be curbs your intake of water!!!!! Got back to my normal just under a gallon per day and I lost 4 lbs the next week. I have a goal of 225 by January. I only have 12 lbs to go so I am sure that I will lose more than that. I am going to wait until I hit the 225 mark and then set another goal. Eating healthy hasn't been a problem and staying within the calorie allotment that I have set for myself hasn't been a problem but working out has. I just can't bring myself to get to the gym on a regular schedule. It isn't that I don't have the time, it's that I can't get myself to go there. Maybe with a little more weight off I will find it easier to go. I still don't feel right with my body yet and feel that every one is looking and wondering who the fat girl is trying to work out. It's probably all in my head but I just can't seem to shake it.
