2nd Day for my new position at work. So far, so good! I just hope it isn't as easy as it seems so far! Well, I weighted in this morning... and it was nice pretty number

lbs, so almost out of 240's maybe I'll be there Friday for my offical weigh in. I was able to go to the gym on Sunday, it felt good to get out of the house and get moving. I didn't go last night, my monthly visitor is in this week, and I get so sore without even working out. I'll go Wednesday, I should be over by then! :-)

Yeah boy! It was beautiful thing to see that on the scale this morning! I didn't go to the gym last night, because my brother came in town last night. But I was able to do some housework last night & some shopping and that was getting my body moving. Tonight, is usually family dinner night at my sister's but she's out of town. I'm going to try to go the gym tonight or if not early tomorrow morning. I feel great!

2 Days strong with a little hiccup last night... I had chick-fil-a but I made the best choice possible! I did good considering, I was able to keep my calories under 1500! I have been going to the gym every day after work for an hour. I want to try to get back up to 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes.. no rush though. I weighted my self this morning.. because I was curious... it was
243lbs
but I'm not recording it.. because I don't want to count my eggs before they hatch.. so Friday is the day I'm recording weight! 2 more days.. plus I'll be going to taking weekly pictures... I want to see my changes how small or big they might be.

Today is the day! We started a weight loss challenge at work with a few girls in the office for the next month. I'm going to gym tonight, I actually can't wait! Except for the fact that it's below freezing here... I don't want to get any more sick then I already am! I will not be recording my weight for the challenge on here just because we are weighing with our clothes on, and I usually weigh myself naked. So, I'll be weighing here every Friday.
Just in case you are wondering my starting weight for the challenge was 245.4lbs and that was with at least 2lbs of clothes.
I forgot to weigh myself this morning before going to work. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow, just to make sure I'm losing since January 1st.

Weight has been bouncing around like YO-YO... lol.... I'm so happy the new year is here. I'm back on track, I didn't go the gym as planned, but I was able to clean up the house that does count! I'm sick and have been for the past 2 weeks.. I hope I feel better tomorrow; so I can go to the gym even for hour.
