I am 43 years old, retired military and have let myself become out of shape. I have done 2 Spartan Races this year and have 2 more to complete to get my Trifecta Medals. I am married to the most beautiful woman in the word and we together have 9 children and 3 grandbabies. I want to get my combat body back but do it the right way, not the fab way. I have changed my eating habit by trying to increase my protein intake and continue to compete in races all over the world. i have been currently doing smoothies with 1 solid meal a day. I have a supportive systym that I am at awe with. People from my past have been coming ot of the woodwork and sending me advise and tips to get my combact body back. I am so blessed to have them in my corner. I do bi-weekly weight-ins to see my progress.
