1000 calorie a day meal plans
Does anyone have any ideas for a 1000 calorie a day meal plan? Or know a place where I can find some? I'm doing it in 6 meals a day. 275/100/150/100/275/100. I've done it before, know the "dangers" so you don't need to post on that. I just want more variety in my daily meals and healthier choices. Thanks!

Over-eaters Anonymous?
I'm sure some of you on here participate in Over-eaters Anonymous? I'm thinking about starting to go, but i'm a little anxious about it. I don't like to speak in front of others. I'm also not a religious person and I know that they follow the 12 steps program. Is there a huge religious over-tone in meetings or is everyone kind of chill about that?
