Cheated last night, ate a few M&Ms... hopefully it wont ruin anything. :( feel horrible.

I have struggled with weight for pretty much my entire life, and now need to lose the weight. Trying my best, not starving myself, but keeping to a 500-600 calorie meal plan a day. Anyone have great recipes that are delicious and filling, that are around 100-300 calories a piece?
