Woooooooo hoooooooo!!!!!!! I have lost 3 more pounds!!
We have been out of school since Thursday, so I haven't been able to weigh....well actually I did come up to the school this weekend to weigh but I weighed the same so I got really discouraged, but I did weigh in the evening and not in the morning like I usually do.
I am sooo excited, I am 3 pounds from my first goa! Only 10 more goals to go and I will be at my goal weight!!!

Well, I have to brag! After feeling discouraged earlier today I sat down for dinner. While eating I noticed that my kids had 3 vegetables and one meat on their plates and were drinking milk. This is unheard of!!!! Usually it would be a pasta, potato, or bread with it and much less vegetables with a big pop. This totally makes me feel better about this, because they need to loose weight as well. They will be doing it and not even notice!! That's the best kind of diet!!!
I haven't brought pop into the house for 15 days now and theres only water, milk or crystal light packets with water to drink.
I can't wait to be skinny!!!

Just fixed a yummy breakfast casserole!! I tried to enter it into the recipes on here but it added up alot more then the nutrition labels on the items that I used, anyone know why? Anyway, it was yummy and easy. I haven't been able to weigh in 3 days because I'm off work and won't get to until Tuesday, I'm having withdrawl.... :)
I am so proud to say that yesterday I worked out extra hard in my basement with my husband! We did weights and the treadmill and when I came back upstairs I did some leg lifts.
I can't wait to be skinny!

I have an atkins bar which is 2 net carbs. When you flip it over it is 16 carbs. Then if I subtract the 5 fiber, I'd get 11....
I read on Atkins that to get the net carbs you:
Start with Total carb 16 (Atkins bar)
- fiber - 5
- sugar alcohols - 9
-hydrogenated starch 0
- glycerine 0
= net carbs 2
When you Atkins people count carbs do you do it this way or just carbs minus fiber???
That's a big difference!
And, when I added it to my snacks for the day in my foods on here it counted it as 7 carbs, so I don't know which one it is!!! Ugh!!

Well I feel really good today. I am still so excited to be losing weight, I just want it to keep going. Last night was my 2nd Zumba class and I paid my monthly membership, so I will feel more obligated to go. It is 4 days a week which is really nice, the one I used to go to last year was only 2 days a week and much slower. Last night was easier than the night before and tonight will be easier than last night!
Yay!!!! I'm on my way to skinny!!!
Does anyone know why on the exercise page it always puts rest and sleep on there and counts them as calories burned and if there is a way to take them off? I just want to see my exercise on there.
