A little bummed today. I weighed after the weekend and expected to loose some weight and the scale stayed the same... :( I hope it is because I worked extra hard exercising this weekend and I have built muscle.
I still can't wait to be skinny!!

Omg!! I just took a bite of a cookie that is awesome!! I tried to make them last night, but I didn't use the nuts so it was different.
Here's the recipe:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup xylitol
1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (very finely chopped)
Mix everything together. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until tops are brown.
This is so yummy!! Especially since I haven't had any breads or sweets in a month!

Feeling good today. To be a Friday I have plenty of energy. I made it through another whole week of Zumba classes, Monday - Thursday!! According to the online Zumba calculator, I am burning off all of the calories I eat! That has to count for something.
With the weekend here, I think that I am just going to make sure that I have all of my meals and snacks planned as best as possible and keep busy. A body at rest, stays at rest!
I can't wait to be skinny!!

Uh Huh, oh yea!!! I'm am at my first goal of 385 (.6), but I'm there!!
So excited again!
Yesterday was a very busy day! Didn't leave work until 3:50 ran home and changed for Zumba, got to zumba by 4:40, did Zumba until 6:15 then ran home and changed for church, went to church and got home around 8:15, finished dinner.... phew.......very busy!
Last night Zumba was a little easier for me. I felt like I could do quite a bit more than before.
Please pounds, keep falling off!!!
I can't wait to be skinny!!

Super excited again today! Last night when I got ready for Zumba I put on one of my T-shirts and it felt a little more roomy than usual, but it's hard to tell with T-shirts. Well, this morning when I got dressed for work I was able to put on a shirt that I haven't been able to wear before because the sleeves and bust areas were way too tight! I got it on, and it fits good!!! :) Motivation, motivation, motivation!!!!!!
I have lost 17.8 pounds so far. Yay!!!
