The beets aren't technically Keto but they are real and whole and fit within my Carbs so yes, I say Yes.
Melted Gruyere, walnuts and beet salad in olive oil. When you don't eat processed food, the flavours in real food are extraordinary! :)

A friend brought Keto bread from a local bakery. My first "flour" in a year. Dense and ok, neither here nor there. 2g net carbs, easy. Yum to the other stuff. :)

Patience, patience, patience and KETO. The sauerkraut has amazing amounts of Vitamin C and is an incredible gut healthy PRE and PRO Biotic.
