new here, looking for support
I am a snacker! I get most of my calories, etc from snacks. Ugh! I have always eaten this way, and it usually works for me. Honestly, I think I am back on this site b/c I have been fixing dinner. I eat a lot of nuts, and recently found this roasted and salted edamame. The edamame is a good crunch to eat at the desk. I did the Whole 30, auto-immune Paleo where I was introduced to plantain chips. Our grocery store had some good ones along with dehydrated veggies. I also have some SeaSnax Roasted Seaweed on order from Amazon...hopefully it's not a waste of money. Oh, and the Lara Bars were a good 'go to' for me before.
