well It has been a long week. I have been sick and used that as a reason not to workout. Stupid I know!!!! So this morning when I got off work I went over to the gym and worked out for 45 mins and wow I feel so much better. I hate that I have to keep talking myself into going to workout. well keep up the good work and have a great week. jennifer

well it has been a hard couple of days. I but I think I am still doing good. My husband to date has lost 18 lbs and I have lost 33. our kids have been so good about our life change. we still go out to eat every so often but as far as junk food we just don't keep it in our house any more. we have spent the summer doing alot of things we haven't done much of in the past. we have been walking the trail in our town, swimming, going to the gym, and playing basketball. we have really enjoyed the summer this year.
