Well FS friends here comes my test. We are going to the smokey mountains for vacation and there will be 12 of us going. My mom and my mother-in-law being two of them, so you know there will be some good cooking...... please say a little prayer for me that I will do good and not go back to my old way of eating.

well It has been 16 weeks since I started my life change. They haven't been all good days but I will keep trying. Since I have started FS I have lost 26.4 but since I have started my new life change I have lost 36.6 could be better but I am happy with it. I am in this for life and I didn't get this way over night so I won't lose it all over night either. but I am happy with where I am headed. thanks for all the suport... hope you all have a great night..

NO!!!!! THE HARDEST PART OF WORKING NIGHTS IS THEY ARE ALWAYS ORDERING OUT. Tonight it is Imos Pizza my fav. Please give me the strength to say no.
