This morning I had a cup of coffee with 2 tbsp half n half, 1/4 tsp stivia powder.
3 srambled eggs
3 tbsp of fresh salsa
I amhungry now, maybe I ll have a beef stew with veggies. yum yum!!

This week we started a group workout, for me I find it easier to workout when I am around other people because I find the motivation to move around. I get bored if I exercise alone, which is something I need to overcome. Anyway getting back to the group workout; it is so much fun because my husband is training us by teaching us boxing techniques and we all do the same exercises at the same time. We decided to meet on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. OMG I am very sore!!! but I like it!!!:)) I can feel the workouts changing my body.
Regarding the diets I will be doing the atkins diet I find it easier to control carbs than to count calories. Plus it makes me feel very energized!!! as well as it controls acne breakouts for me, I suppose it is due to the reduction of unnecessary sugars.
