new here, looking for support
I'm starting again as well, after a year off and pigging out. I need some suggestions for snacks. I sit at my desk all day and snack, unfortunately it's not healthy snacks. I do the 100 calorie bars or nuts. But the sugar in Rice Krispie Bars are out of sight.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Motivation for excercise
I have lost 20lbs over the last six months by giving up drinking and watching what I eat. Problem now is, I cannot get myself motivated to exercise.
I work part time and when I get home, I am beat, and in the morning I am too tired to get up early and go to the gym or pool.
HELP! Any suggestions will be so appreciated.
