Atkins causing Colon Cancer??!!!!

Right i skipped that point haha, thank you. I love to eat green beans because they have 0 carbs. but mostly a multi vitamin I take everyday supplies me with much of my needed vitamins.
People posting things like this really bother me. This is categorically false. While it is true that green beans are a great food for Atkins, but they do NOT have zero carbs. For sourcing I checked the Atkins books, and also verified it through Nutritiondata.com.
First of all, there are quite a few ways to get green beens, canned, frozen and fresh for example. One cup of fresh green beans have 8 total carbs, and 4 fiber, giving them a net carb count of 4 carbs per cup.
I like the social element of this site, but I wish there was some moderation on the content for blatant misinformation like the above poster.

Is coke and sprite ZERO okay for Atkins?
Anyone offer any proof that splenda is stored like normal carbs? My experience has shown it doesnt for me.
