Added crossfit to my daily routine and still not losing weight. Gonna track everything I put in my mouth to find out what the deal is.
Stretch at least 2x per day. Do some planks and push ups to strengthen wrists.

3rd Crossfit WOD
15 push ups
15 power
30 double unders
so I can't do push ups, my arms literally run out of gas, gonna start doing them twice a day, right when I get up and right before I go to bed.
my form needs a lot of work
can't do double jump, can only do singles, but I am getting better each time.
did 2 reps :(
It will only get better!

Day 2 of crossfit, just gotta say I'm hooked. Did two repetitions of the following:
250 meter row
big ass tire flip = did 8 and 9
sledge hammer
jump rope
wall ball
ropes
water pipe
row was the easiest
out of breath on the wall ball and ropes
need to stretch and get hip flexors, quads and hamstrings loosened up
can't bring my feet foward on burpees
