Doing good on diet, on track. Crossfit was 10 to 1 thrusters 55# and box jumps 12". I think I can move up to the 18" box soon, need to practice at home. Still really need to work on hip flexibility, can't jump my feet forward for a burpee or any similar exercise. Can't remember my time though, maybe 13 minutes give or take.

75 power snatch with just a bar (35) sigh, when am I gonna do these things right?
Deadlifts, worked up to a heavy set of 3, 145#. Could have gone heavier, did a bunch of reps to work on form.
Good day on the diet, except for the bit of pasta, had to taste the pasta to see if it was done and then I was hooked. A bite here a bite there, it all ads up doesn't it?

So here I am again. Not losing weight, feeling frustrated. My goal, become fit and lose body fat. I want to be stronger and leaner. I don't want excess body fat, no stuff giggling. I do crossfit 4-5 times per week. So it must be my diet. I have not followed it 100%, maybe 75%. I like the way I eat, I just don't have enough food prepared to get me through the week. It is just easier to eat what is available. So I need to prepare food and meals so I don't slip and eat something I shouldn't. So I need to FOCUS on my goal. Goal = eat paleo and do crossfit. Get up in the morning and do elliptical for 30 minutes, stretch and do pushup program and work on 10 minute squat and hollow rock/core stuff. Practice box jumps. I want to do a handstand up against a wall. I need to get my wrists and ankles/hips stretched out and strong enough to do push ups, wall stands, burpees, front squats, cleans, and whatever else I need to do. I want to do pull ups. So I want it bad enough obviously, so no more excuses, JUST DO IT!

Crossfit today, overhead squats and box jumps, getting better at box jumps. 100 situps. Stretch Stretch stretch!
