So, here we are again. Weighed in today. Not losing weight, but not really trying. I've been trying to figure out what works for me. I'm not gaining at least. I still have body fat to lose, so gotta focus. The Paleo diet works the best for me, just gotta fine tune it and eat more often. I've been eating only 2 times per day and getting a majority of my calories at night. Bad bad bad. So, I expect change, so I need to do something different. Eat more regularly, eat clean, work out, run, sleep, avoid alcohol and sugar.
Plan:
sleep 8 hours a night. bed at 9:30 - 5:30
no grains, no dairy, no beans, no sugar
crossfit 4x
run 2x

170.0 lb

3 days into my challenge and going strong. Had really good wod's also the past 2 days. Today we did Annie and I completed it in 9:39, tripling singles since I can't do doubles. 50-40-30-20-10 situps and double unders. Food has been easy, I have had no cravings. My birthday is this Saturday, so that will be my "cheat" day. I'm hoping to have just this one, just because I want some wine, lol. Don't care about the food.

I technically started my challenge today. I tried last week, but the flu wiped me out and I was unable to stick to my food choices. I also have a well problem which makes cooking a cleaning difficult.
So the day started good, had my usual big glass of ice cold water since I wake up every morning thirsty. I had my sugar free vanilla coconut milk latte at 7 am. I brought boiled eggs and a sausage to eat for breakfast at work, but never got the chance, so I ate them at 1:30 when I got off. I also at that time took my supplements:
3 fish oil
raspberry keytones
green coffee extract
chromium picolanate
d3
I got hungry after I got home from picking up the first child. So I ate my chicken/cilantro/onion/avocado salad at about 3 pm.
Picked up the next 2 kids, went to crossfit. The WOD was Fight Gone Bad, did 196. I feel I could have done better. Went and walked for an hour.
Came home and after all was said and done got to eat dinner at 9:30 pm. So my actual eating window if you don't count the latte is 1:30 to 9:30. I have a headache now, going to bed. Worried about having to move.

Tomorrow's the big day for my challenge. I set the guidelines a little loose in areas, like eat 5 days out of 7 completely clean. I am striving for 100%. I really want to change my body and energy levels. There are a few at work that are doing the whole 30 program. I'll have to check it out and see how it differs from what I am doing.
Let's get this party started.
