Oh well, I knew I would be up with Thanksgiving, I did not get in all of my foods over the long weekend, and esp my water. I guess I need to keep moving along on my own...God Bless everyone

Well, I had gained three lbs while on vacation and since I have been doing this whole thing on my own, but I did take off like at the beginning and I lost three lbs. I am motivated and I won't let anything get in the way this time. Thanksgiving might be really hard but I can do it. I have ate all of my foods the past two days and plan on doing good over the weekend. If there is anyone else on their own, it is so much harder, esp if you have to weigh yourself at home. It makes you feel like you are crazy weighing yourself all the time.

This is my first week on my own without a center. I bought a new scale but it seems to be a lb or so more than the scale at LA. I will just start from here and move on. I did not do well over the last few days food wise, had too many things off of the plan. With God's help and all of you, I will beat this thing....

Well, let's see how I want to start this. My center is going to end up closing, October the 30th. Geeze, it was nice of them to let me know beforehand. Now, I am doing everything online, calling in two times a week, the Pure flexible program, (what do they consider flexible, my money?)and weighing in my house on my own. Please just pray that I continue the motivation and stick to it, I am very upset over this. They are sending my bars to my house when I need them. Is this happening to anyone else that go to a Pure weight loss center?

Well, I lost a very little but at least it was something. I am eating more food since I am working out at least 3 hours a week and they said it might take a few weeks to start working. I plan on really trying to be 100 percent and see if this works out. I still do not know about my center, the girl I was going to ask today is on vacation, so I will ask her next week.
