Trying to get remotivated to begin eating better. I have pretty much been not following the plan since May. I really miss my center not being open. I am going to try LA to your door and see if that helps. Started Take Off today so hopefully that will help with the cravings. I know it is crazy here at the holidays but I have done it once before and I can do it again.

Really, really frustrated with myself and how I have stopped eating the way i know i should. I have fallen back into some bad habits of skipping breakfast and not making healthy choices and then coming home at 4:00 and completing gorging myself on junk. I need to find my motivation again. I am recording everything I eat today and getting the items needed for Take Off from the grocery store today!!! I so do not want to weigh over 211 pounds again and at this rate I will.

Did limited take off over the weekend. So hard and i keep battling to get back on track. Come to work and we are having a birthday party for one of the kids so now I am hiding in my office trying to resist my nemesis - birthday cake with lard icing.

So hard to get remotivated. I know I need too but each day by early afternoon I keep blowing it. Just praying that I can get back on track. I am starting on Take off with the Celebrity Diet Juice so maybe that will get my metabolism kick started and helped with the carb cravings.

Slowly getting back on track with writing what I eat down. It is just so hard to stay away from the peanut butter. I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore but I ended up buying a jar to make Peanut butter sandwiches for my daughter's birthday party and it is just too tempting especially when I get home for work because I am so hungry so that is my go to snack. Today, I have a plan - I will have a laughing cow cheese wedge and 100 calorie pack crackers and I have hid the peanut butter.
