Today I finally faced my fear of the scale. In two weeks I have only lost 1 pound. But that one pound is a good start and i can only keep going.

Today Lucas and I went for a walk to our downtown area...I have a good sign that I might be losing. MY PANTS KEEP FALLING DOWN!!! I haven't actually weighed myself yet but I might have lost a couple pounds so far. It makes me feel so good and I can't wait to keep going with this. My goal for the end of November is to wear a size 16 (I now wear an 18)...I've learned to set realistic goals and hopeully I can do it.

Pumpkin Bread- why does it have to be so good. The pumpkin good for you but the bread not so good. I know this is kinda crazy but at least I chose the bread over a huge piece of chocolate cake:)Today is feeling like a good day. I haven't yet overate, I went for a walk and I've been finding other things to do besides watching TV. I think I am finally getting my motivation and will power and I think I am going to stick with it this time. As long as I can allow my "sweets" every now and again without over indulging I will be OK.

A few more days have passed and i still feel sick of the way i eat. Sometimes i wonder if I really can't help it...we live in a very very very small town and there is nothing to do. That is where my boredom and eating come into play. What am I supposed to do?? I really need to find a better plan or somewhere out of my home to go to everyday!
