I have stayed the same yet again but what I can't understand is I have gone down a dress size and had to throw away lots of clothes. My outfit for daughters wedding is quite loose nowhere near as tight as when I bought it but it doesn't need taking in which I thought it might. Why do the scales never change? Odd.
