I didn't do too bad this week, I've been out because of an ER trip on Sunday with severe 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree burns, so I didn't work out at all this week...but I couldn't eat because of all the nausea I had, so I don't entirely know my weight, but i believe it may be a pound less...I'm not quite sure.

So, I only lost one pound this week. I've been pretty sick this week because my period is UNBEARABLE every month that it comes. Can't say I'm too upset about the poor weight loss..but it's better than gaining and my stretch marks are fading [with help of cocoa butter and firmness butter] and my boyfriend thinks or as he says "knows" that my breast are shrinking because he's a pervert [haha] and can't grab a handful anymore [he's so weird] so that made me pretty happy to hear!
My stomach is still queasy from being a PMSing meanie, it really sucks! I think the only thing I did REALLY bad on was having a McFlurry yesterday. Damn the temptation.

I only lost at least 1 pounds this week. I haven't been slacking, just that there was fast food in the picture this week [not everyday, but we had fast food when my boyfriend and I were at the fair on Wednesday. Knowing how hot it was, we DEFINITELY walked it off! haha] and we had McDonalds yesterday...can't say I did too bad though at all because I really didn't gain weight at all this week and I've been working out really hard.
But I will definitely do better the upcoming week! No temptation for me! I've been doing pretty good, better than what I have been doing the past year or so! Hooray! No slacking off this week!
