Type 2 diabetic. Doctor said I have to lose 30 pounds. I would like to lose 36!
I plan to do this with
a. Low-ish carb diet(100g max per day).
b. Thirty minute workouts every weekday.
c. Take medication until glucose dumping by the liver is under control.
Current: September 1/15: 141 pounds
Goal : December 1/15 : 110 pounds
Wish : December 1/15 : 104 pounds
