I am a 34 years old, working mom. I had always been 60-65kg range. After the pregnancy I gained 10kg of stubborn fat which I am trying to lose. Having a toddler around makes life reallly hectic, so I am trying keto diet along with my 3 mile steps goal in fitbit. I have been prediabetic for the past few years and I also have insulin-resistance PCOS. I am hoping the keto diet might help control this.
