Forgot to weigh myself when I got up this morning. I'll do it tomorrow. Started my supplements back up. I also raised the weight in Body Pump today. That was ROUGH... to say the least. It's amazing what an extra 5 lbs can do.
My husband and I also finally picked our homesite lot this weekend! We put down the deposit, picked our layout, colors and upgrades, and also got our preapproval letter. Building starts November 24! I'm so beyond excited! It also made me feel really good to hear the mortgage rep tell us that she is surprised with how young we are and how well we are doing in our financials. We are the youngest couple she has approved for the amount we asked. It was quite the compliment.

Got back in the gym yesterday. It felt great! I'm just a tad sore, just enough to know I got something done yesterday. Still staying strong with the diet. Decided to forgo the coffee today and grabbed a crystal light energy instead.

Okay so I'm finally able to get back to working out! I'm super excited about it! I know I won't be anywhere near my goal weight for fall, but I think I'm finally to a point where I'm okay with that. I don't have to be exactly where I want to be within a certain period of time. I just have to be actively working to get there. I'll get there, I just need to keep going.
It takes 4 weeks for YOU to see your body changing.
It takes 8 weeks for YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY to see your body changing.
It takes 12 weeks for THE REST OF THE WORLD to see your body changing.
KEEP GOING!!!
BTW, those new Vlasik (sp?) Bold and Spicy Tabasco dill pickles are DELICIOUS!

Yeah it went up, but then again a weighed myself as an after thought before leaving the house this morning. After I had been up for 30 minutes and had my work clothes on. But no denying it probably went up a little. I am trying to stay on track. I can't work out until the end of next week because of a medical issue. Not serious, just better not to strain that much. So the only thing I can do is watch what I eat. When my husband comes home though, whether it's tonight or tomorrow night, he said he wants a real meal. He wants chicken spaghetti. I have no problem making it, I just need to make sure I portion myself.
What I really need to start doing is when he is out on location eat a Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine for lunch and dinner. I always gravitate towards what ever is easiest and quickest to make when he's not home and it usually ends up being something like pizza rolls or going and picking up fast food. I know the frozen meals have alot of sodium, so I need to make sure I drink ALOT of water. But that seems the best way for me to eat something quick and stay under my calorie limit.
I'm having so much trouble getting under and staying under 190. But I know its because I get in the mind set of "Oh just a little bit of this won't hurt... and this... and this... and this." Obviously it does. I really need to get that under control.

Gained this weekend. Didn't work out and had a BBQ at a friends house. I was a little too laxed on the diet and let it get away from me. Will do better this week and weekend.
