leftovers for breakfast.. had a hot link in the fridge and some sauteed mushrooms from dinner last night so i made an omelette

getting my workout done so I can smoke some salmon. Im planning to eat it with my eggs in the morning.. is that weird? I know people eat smoked salmon with breafast but I never have. We'll see how I like it.

starting week 6 resistance training and its time to up the weight. taking it slow and trying to do it right this time!

weighed today 2.3lbs down, pretty sure I needed more water last night so it should have only been about a pound off for the week. I'm not looking to lose weight right now. of course I'm not mad about it but I want to at least maintain and try to build muscle.
this week: recalculate calories, at least eat maintenance, lift heavier weight, hit step count target

hey there! I am a new mom, 12 weeks postpartum. Since having my baby I'm down about 13lbs! but the bad news is, my glucose test came back that I may be pre diabetic. I refuse to allow myself to become diabetic. I've been using fat secret for a while but now I'm here to change my health. Counting macros, lifting weights, taking care of myself and baby! Support and luck much needed 🙂
*first win: made it through Christmas without eating any sweets!/ lifting weights for 5 weeks straight.
*current goal: keep it up for one full month!
