I finally found it! A really tasty low carb waffle recipe. I topped them with sugar free syrup and some vanilla greek yogurt and it was pure bliss!

question for the weight lifters here..
how soon after increasing your program can you see changes in your appetite?
I have been weight lifting for 8 weeks and this week I switched up my program to something a little heavier and the last 2 days I have been really hungry. am I just burning more calories or is it possible I have put on some muscle in the last 8 weeks?
