happy. sometimes i think we all question what this word actually means. is happy having designer handbags and the newest iphone? or is happy being content with yourself and being okay with the imprint you feel like you are leaving on the world? if you ask me, happiness cant be defined simply, as we all have different versions of happy.

to me, happy is waking up and not having to question whether or not its going to be good day. happy is knowing that when i go to bed at night that i can honestly say i've done my best and been the best person i can be, for that day at least. this includes decisions about food, activity, school, work, family, and everything else. sometimes we disappoint ourselves with the decisions we make, and the choices we let rule our lives, however the quote 'never regret anything, because at one time it was exactly what you wanted" seems to ring more true everyday.

you cant go through life with regrets and "what ifs" because each experience, good or bad, is a learning experience. we learn more about others, more about life, and most importantly more about ourselves. we grow each day and become not only a better friend, sister, ect but a better ME. there is nothing more a person could ask for in this crazy world.
