What time of day should I weigh in?
Does it matter what time of day I'm weighing myself or is it okay to just weigh at the same time each time? I always hear it's better to weigh in the morning time.

confused on the RDI thingy
sooo as long as my net calories column has a green 'down' arrow everyday, I'm doing good right? Kinda confused now. LOL.
