5 of us girls that had done weight watchers and done well on the plan aren't able to continue bringing them to work anymore since they require at least 12 paid memberships. The rest of the people that had joined, refused to continue. They didn't stick to any plan and the majority stopped attending meetings even after the 3rd session. Anyhow we implemented a little club. We call it the "Our Fit Club". We will keep a scale here in the office and weigh ourselves weekly on Tuesdays.

I weighed myself this morning and I was shocked. It read 128.5. Now I'm wondering how accurate the scale is. I even weighed myself twice. I asked one of the girls that also has a scale at home and she said it gave her the same number. I weighed myself in that same scale yesterday at the same time of the day with an empty stomach and it read 131.1. Can it be possible? I doubt it.

Running half hour today during lunch. Will also be running on Thursday. Glad for this weather since at lunch its pretty hot.

Ended up running at the gym yesterday. I can't stand running on the treadmill. 50 minutes seemed like forever. I couldn't stand it. I had to. I actually ran 5 miles, but kept thinking it dragged on after the first ten minutes. I am so glad I can run outdoors. I wouldn't be able to train for this if I had to run on the treadmill all of the time.

It felt good having a lady next to me looking at my speed. She kept glancing over and I think she wanted to know how fast I was running. I would switch from 5.5 to 7.5. It felt good to go fast, but again boring as can be. Perhaps that is why I paid attention to what she was doing. LOL

If I definitely have to I will, but will avoid the treadmill as much as I can.

Off today. We hit the track tomorrow morning to work on speed training. My sister kicks my butt. She is sooo fast, but at least I look forward to improving my time.

I have nasty blisters on my feet. I think its time to switch running shoes.
