The half marathon is not taking place. I tried registering for it this weekend only to find their website not working. After contacting several people, I found out it was cancelled due to road work on the roads of Griffith Park, where the start of the race was to take place. I was dissappointed mainly because their website is deceiving. They should just announce their cancellation on the website and not have poeple wondering about it. I also read several blogs where people had the same question as me.

I want to find another one taking place nearby around the same time.

Overall I had a great weekend. I was able to complete my daughters handmade invitations for her upcoming birthday in December. Another task I don't want to worry about last minute.

We might be making Christmas cookies soon. I bought some cookie cutters and cookie decorating tools to work out. I can't wait, its going to be fun and it will be something we can enjoy together. She's gonna love it.

My motivation is definitely back. I'm even cooking and measuring my food again. After work yesterday I headed to Henry's Market, its one of those health foods markets where they sell pretty much all Organic products. Anyhow, I bought lots of delicious food to start cooking healthy delicious meals. I made a delicious dinner. Chicken breast, Asparagus, Couscous and a Japanese salad with Ginger dressing. OMG what a great meal, very healthy too. I know how to cook pretty good, but last night I really over did it. I've even got my daughter eating salads. She loves them. It feels good to eat right. What a difference it makes, I feel less bloated. Its like from Sunday to Wednesday I lost that heavyness I felt from not following my regimen.

Breakfast was 4 points, 1 cup Almond Breeze Soy Milk 1 pt., Kashi Cereal 2 pt, and Cup Blueberries 1 pt.

Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lunch today is left overs.

Dinner tonight a lean pork stir fry with a whole grain rice Medley, Grilled Squash and a Salad with FF Feta Vinaigrette. UMMM I can already taste it.
