went out for fast food, first time in over 2 months...it was yummy..the soda...not so much. but I also had two bites of sweets at a resteraunt. maintained weight, so happy. Kept exercising!

I about cried yesterday, I had a three pound gain, and refused to post! I had worked hard and was very bummed. Then I got on the scale before bed, bad I know, but 2 of those pounds were gone? weird Then this morning I busted out of 230s into 229! yes yes yes

so happy watermelon is still in season. I am fast addicted to having the fresh crisp yumminess each night.
this morning, was another long road trip with doctor appointments out of town. It was an early morning...drive thru breakfast...at sonic
this beautiful breakfast was mine:I tossed the bread and enjoyed the bacon and sausage! high protein yumminess that kept me happy and full for the drive there and back. I also made it back in time to swim! YES, two days without swimming was felt, but I did it!
