Did the carnivore for 30 days. Some weight loss, and then sudden weight gain the last week, though I was in a deficit the entire time as well. Outside of the initial weight loss, the only other benefit was that my skin was a little clearer. So now I’m going to continue to weigh and log my food but go back to just monitoring what I eat and trying to stay away from processed foods and sweets as much as possible.

Has anyone- specifically the women here- done any of those kits where they test your blood/hormones to find out the best foods for you and what may be causing issues? I can’t remember the name of it…did it help?
