Again I can not remember everything I ate today. I missing something at lunch timeish and I have no idea what I ate for breakfast. I tried to run this morning but it was too hot and my legs are too sore/tight so I walked for 2.5 miles. Got home, did some dishes, made a protein shake, got ready for work and I ate? Sometimes I make oatmeal at work but I ate my oat for lunch. I usually put what I ate on my phone or on paper when I am at work but not today. :(

I hate the holidays. I use to loose weight during this time of year. So upset with myself. RUNNING THIS FAT SUCKS even just the elliptical for 30 minutes sucks.
