I have not been doing well or feeling well. Only 6 weeks until the marathon and I am just starting to train. I have been eating poorly but the scale is holding steady. I can not remember what I had for breakfast and of course, it is not on my phone, everything else I eat is but not breakfast. I ran this morning but only for a mile then walk back to my car. I don't remember eating anything before my run except a few sips of my protein shake so it would fit in my bottle, I had packed a Larabar and ate it right before work, I also had a peanut packet but it is still in my hydration pack, I know I ate something before I left the house today. Food addiction at it's finest. :(

I have not been feeling well, a summer cold, not eating right, gluten + dairy+ not enough healthy stuff= SICK :( just have no strength and will power these days. crashing on my grandfather's couch sucks, he is up and making noises,cooking food, turning lights on ALL NIGHT LONG and he is being mean to me. This morning I when to the little fancy produce market/ specialty store because they have homemade raw mean green juice and unpasteurized orange juice. It was expensive but cheaper than the juice bar place and cheaper than the urgent care( let's just hope if I eat a little better I will be able to avoid a doctors visit). I just mixed .5 a cup of mean green with .5 a cup orange, mixed it with lemon water and just a little ginger, YUMMY lets see if I can try to get better. I also bought an apple for me snack at work today.

I know my tracking was not great but I tried. I had a spoonful or bite of lots of leftover junk food that was in my house tonight, 2 onion rings, 5 fries, a sliver of pizza, a spoon full of macaroni salad and I am I am forgetting stuff. The worst part is I am hungry, my stomach is growling, not digested food growling but empty growling. Hoping seltzer water will solve that problem.
